Tom has more than 15 years of experience building services organizations that target public and private markets around the world.

Prior to joining TrueTandem, Tom worked in both the consulting services and software sales of Microsoft Corporation for over 6 years. He was the first People Development Manger in the East Region and then built the first Business Productivity team in the Mid-Atlantic region. After that, he became the Regional Business-Marketing Officer and then Services Executive. Prior to Microsoft, Tom spent 8 years as Practice Manager, Director and Chief People Officer at Plural, Inc. (formerly MicroModeling Associates) where he helped the company grow from 50 people to over 500 by the time he left.

Tom has a patent for his design of an application for Nasdaq and was a co-author of “Official Microsoft Intranet Solutions” by MSPress back in 1997. Tom earned a BS in Mathematics from Fairfield University in Fairfield. Tom is an avid triathlete and has two wonderful daughters.
