Every month, TrueTandem runs 2 Business Solutions Workshops for selected customers. In these 4-8 hour workshops, we pull in technical and business experts from our company (and sometimes others) along with your top people to help address a specific business issue.

Too often people don’t get the opportunity to step back from their daily fires to put some best thinking towards a problem that is in need of some further definition and potential solutions. We can help.

Our goal here is not to tell you what “the silver bullet answer is”. The goal is to have a creative discussion with our experts and your experts in a facilitated environment that gives you options and some creative thinking on possible solutions – and the pros and cons of each.
