TrueTandem's Grants Management solution helps organizations manage and automate the grants process from solicitation through approval and award. It allows organizations to track the overall programs (types, phase, budget year), manage and allocate funds, process and track payouts, track all activities and contacts associated with a grant, create and attach documents to grant packages, and generate pre-award notifications.
Automation
The built-in workflow assistant automatically tracks the progress of the application including next step tracking, email notifications and alerts. The system can be integrated with www.grants.gov and/or other legacy systems and provides robust reporting capabilities that allow you to make budget projections, compare awards in a summary view and provide additional ad-hoc reporting.
Integration
The solution also leverages familiar Microsoft tools like Outlook and Office to help manage the grants workload from a single, centralized location with an at-a-glance view of all incoming mail and communications. And, because every organization handles grants a little differently, the solution is extremely flexible and can be tailored to work the way you do.
