TrueTandem's IG Case Management (TTCM) solution helps agents, investigators, and auditors better manage, track and report on all aspects of cases, complaints, allegations and investigations. The goals of the solution are very straight forward: help agents work they way they want to; promote collaboration, transparency, and accountability; improve the quality and timeliness of information; and become the first step in moving to a paperless environment.

Automation

The solution allows organizations to track and easily search on all activities, contacts, suspects, tasks, case files, and associated documents. Built-in workflows track approvals and progress of cases, automatically generate forms needed for a case and can include email notifications and alerts. They system provides robust reporting capabilities, management dashboards and reduces the time it takes to produce ad hoc reports without programming.

Integration

TTCM is built on Microsoft CRM and leverages the built-in workflows, activity and task tracking, reporting, auditing, integration with Outlook, and off-line capabilities. Case files are stored in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) which serves as the document repository (the first step in moving to a paperless environment), provides document management functionality and a case portfolio dashboard for management. And, because every organization handles grants a little differently, the solution is extremely flexible and can be tailored to work the way you do.
