Riggs Bank – Sovereign Trust Services (acquired by PNC Financial Group in April 2005 and running under the PNC brand as Midland Loan Services – Government Services) provides international loan management services to the US Agency for International Development (USAID) for 2000 loans to 80 countries. To support USAID, Riggs had developed a single user access application with over 120 tables, 500 queries, 150 reports and 60 forms to generate scheudules, reports, data extracts and notices on a monthly basis for distribution via fax and mail.

TrueTandem architected a Microsoft .NET enterprise solution replacing the legacy systems, to provide international access, encryption & security, and enhanced reporting and personalization. InScope is also providing complete hosting, operational support and enhancement services during the initial two-year term.
